I don't remember when or where it aired, but someone did a very nice story on Div. III a while back - it may have been a piece focused on a coach who was up there in years but wa still very vital. The image I carry is one where the star player of one team came in the day after a game because it was his turn to do the team laundry!! No paid staff or student assistants, the players did the grunge work themselves.

Imagine a richboy primadonna like a Rex Grossman or a Chris Simms, or other bigtime 1-A program stars waiting for the rinse cycle to finish
