I personally have a positive view on these recent events. Current and future players will now know for sure that if they screw up, the consequences are real and will be paid. I don't think there will be any more cases of athletes getting away with stuff.

LMAO! I'm stopping short of saying "neener, neener," though (I'll leave that to Aubie in Bham re Bama), because I don't want to jinx that kind of stuff for my guys. The last Gator to screw up, Jabar Gaffney, had to practically blow the whole team for their forgiveness before Spurrier let him back on, and then without a scholarship (no, there is not a video in stores near you ).

I agree with Jim, though. Maybe Bobby B. was getting tired of being played by some of these guys.
