BIG APPLE SOFTBALL LEAGUE NIGHT AT BOBBYV'S
The Big Apple Softball League, now 22 teams, 400 players strong will be heading to Bobby V's Sports Bar on Friday night July 19 to watch the Mets take on the Marlins telecast from Florida. Also, showing on one of Bobby V's 30 tv's will be the Braves v Phillies and the Yankees v Red Sox games. What a night!
Bobby' V's is the new sports bar and restaurant owned by popular NY Mets Manager Bobby Valentine.
The bar conveniently located on 114th St. between Northern Blvd. and Roosevelt Ave is directly across the Grand Central Parkway from Shea Stadium.
BASL night will include: Door prizes, raffle prizes (Mets memorabilia, VIP Game Tickets and autographed items), drink and food specials all supplied by Bobby V's. As always there is never a cover charge at Bobby V's.
Bobby V's houses a tremendous baseball memorabilia collection--all Valentine's personal possessions.
The festivities begin at 6:00 PM with dinner service available. Fans can dine on favorites such as Piazza Pasta, Mookie's Fried Mozzarella, or Bobby's Original Club Mex.
Bobby V's is located in the new Ramada Plaza Hotel, 37-10 114th St, Corona. The # 7 train to 111th St, one stop before Shea Stadium is a 5 minute walk from the restaurant, ample parking is also available.
