Geez George Steinbrenner can't take no for an answer. Last week's announcement that David Wells was heading west to play for the defending World Series champion Arizona Diamondbacks seems to have been a bit premature. D-Backs GM Joe Garagiola Jr. is telling ESPN that Well's agent has agreed to a deal with the Yankees.

I am soooooo Happy to hear that David Wells is coming back to the Yankees

He should of never gotten traded in the first place, he did so well the previous season before he got traded and I knew he missed NewYork alot!

So hopefully he will pass his physical, because Boomer does need to get inshape again.

I'm so excited he's back, I know all the Yankee Fans are going to welcome him back with open arms.
