In a nation with the highest per capita concentration of lawyers in the world, why should anyone be surprised? I'd have been surprised had Price NOT sued.

This will probably be settled out of court.

bwwwaaa haaaa hhaaaa...only kidding...man, Finebaum had Price's attorney on the other day and it sounds like it's going to be interesting considering there is nothing in his personnel file regarding his "previous warnings".

Add this to the lawsuit filed by Ronnie Cottrell and which Ivy Williams has now become a part of and Alabama is facing some rough times. I think the Cottrell suit is going to be the more interesting one.
