One of the fun things about Virginia is it is really about 5 states, the Tidewater, the foothills, the Valley, the Alleganies, and that tax revenue-sapping, highway-clogging, impersonal, characterless, megalopolis we lovingly call NoVa. Hope you are from the good part. It sounds like we need to meet somewhere central and have an Orange party, what with orange and maroon, orange and blue, and just orange represented.

I'm from the tri-cities area near Bristol. It's 1 1/2 hours to Knoxville down I-81 and about the same to Roanoke up I-81. As far as meeting up with you and GJ, I just don't know if I could. She might try and convince me what a great guy her former coach (aka THE OLE BALL SACK) is, and if you get out of hand, you might try and stomp on everyone's leg like most people who either play for or are a fan of the Hokes!

The whole appletini discussion reminds me of the best one I've ever had. It was at Einstein's in Atlanta. I'm sure Herr Tig and the HotTarhead have been there. Just stay away from the ones at the Westin's bar on top of the city. Freakin' nasty.
