Man, It was amazing last night walking into the Rose Bowl and only seeing Nebraska red and beating the hell out of them. The game was over by halftime. I have never had so much fun at a game in my life...even though I froze my ass off. (What happened to sunny warm Southern California?)It was amazing and a great end to an amazing season. Little private school University of Miami with 8500 undergrads wins the national championship in baseball and football. Go Canes!

And the Men's Basketball team is not too shabby either...it is a dream year for Miami fans, that is for sure.

Now I went ahead and jinxed them. But 14-1 is still pretty good, I think.

What a gay all time had by all of us !!!!. Just to be in the Rose Bowl, and much more for the National Championship. Way to go Canes. I was able to spend almost all week in LA and attend some of the activities during the week. What a cool week. It was a red sea wherever you went. My hat goes to the Nebraska fans; lots of class.
GO CANES to a wonderfull and glorious year in college sports... Bring it on for 2002.

Mbmsljock I am reserving my hotel room for you and Mark for Gainesville and Knoxville road trips this fall. I dont know if the Canes can do it again with games against UT, UF, Syracuse, VaTech and FSU, but you never know what can happend in college football. Go Canes

It's a big virtual love circle here at Outsports. . . . Danny, Ef, Mark and the other cute guys that sat in our row at the game. . . . what a great event. To be "adopted" as a UM fan for the week was awesome. . .and to spend it with you all was the best. AS a NFL/Bucs fan for 23 years and attending 100's of games, I've never face painted or wore an afro wig but you all brought out the inner drag fan in me. . . a media whore we were, but I lusted for more film!! LA Times and Miami Herald are not enough. I want AP and the NYTimes dammit.

Now that I am an official sports fan (now that I'm registered on OutSports) can I say. . . GO CANES . . . in my naturally deep and manly voice!

I wanted to thank Danny for inviting me to join the fun in Pasadena and to "the bf" and Michael for being such great travel mates! Great memories and we did give great "FACE"

Thanks also to the three of you for inspiring the "football fan" gene that was hidden deep down inside of me . . . I actually am really enjoying the whole college football scene! Thanks!
