Junioq Tulsa QB Josh Blankenship, who has started since his true freshman year but lost his job this season to a freshman who supposedly is more adept at the one-back offense now used by Tulsa, will play his senior year at Eastern Washington.

Because EWU is a Div 1-AA school, Josh is exempt from the one-year-sit-out rule.
