Sparked by my recent conversations with EricinSoCal (Gamecock grad), I thought I'd throw this out - are there ANY Los Angeles area CFB fans interested in getting together on Saturdays for watching some games?

Without laying out specifics, I'm leaving this open. Let it be organic, and lets see if anything can grow out of this.

Is San Diego too far? Better yet, any interest in some CFB viewing down here? Nothing fancy, just bring something to munch and drink - and it doesn't even have to be alcohol. I'm in Bonita and am always looking for buds who like to watch college ball!

I invited a whole bunch of LA area CFB fans to form a group this morning, and already have 6 responses back. I suspect this group will grow quickly.

I'd suggest surfing the SoCal portion of the Clubhouse, search out the San Diego residents and email them for the same type of thing. I wouldn't be surprised if you net several folks interested in this.

And if you're ever in LA on a weekend, email or PM me and I'll give you the scoop on where we'll meet.

I'm in the SF Valley and my partner and I live and breath CFB. One problem Tiger, I'm a UA (or UAT as you may call it) alum. I can, however, put aside my differences for one CFB day though (my partner is a seperate issue). Anyway, let me know what's happening and good luck against the Trojans this weekend.
