Here are 15 games for you -- one on Thursday, another on Friday, the rest on Saturday. There are some big games and one "Big Game" -- as the contest returns to the Left Coast after a week's absence. It's Rivalry Week for many teams -- good luck!
The rules:
1. Pick the winner in each game.
2. Predict how many points the team you pick to win the designated Game of the Week will win by. This will be used for tiebreak purposes. This week it is LSU @ Ole Miss.
3. The first pick is needed by the kickoff of the first game -- TCU @ Southern Mississippi on Thursday.
4. Picks MUST be submitted either via the Private Message function or E-mail. My email address is dcbucky2000@hotmail.com -- please do not post your picks here. Include your Outsports nickname with your picks.

There's only one Game Missing from this line up. Montana State vs. Montana. I'm going to the game in Bozeman tomorrow morning. The temp is supposed to be 5 degrees. It's going to be awesome!

Which one is in Missoula? I just loved "A River Runs Through It"!
By the way, I didn't save the picks I e-mailed DCB, but I think I picked Fresno State to upset MSU's neighbors at Boise State. If Fresno State does indeed win this game, I could start the weekend 2-0 with two upsets! If Boise State wins, that would just even me back up with all of the folks that picked TCU last night.

University of Montana is in Missoula.
I knew a girl frm Missoula who went to UM. She was born in Korea and was adopted by a white couple in Missoula. When she moved to Seattle after graduation, she told me that I was her first Asian friend! I had to teach her how to use, cook real rice (not minute), GOOD Chinese food, sushi, etc...
So, as much as I love ya, MSU, I have to honor my best girlfriend Kim and root for the Grizzlies. Any other time, it's the Bobcats all the way!
As for my favorite game this weekend, which is the Civil War....GO DUCKS!! STOMP ON THOSE DAMN PESKY beavers.

Just so everyone knows. A River Runs Through It, was filmed in Bozman. The story is set in Missoula and on the Blackfoot River, but they filmed it in Bozeman. The bar scene actually was filmed in the Leigh Lounge in the Strand Union (student union) building on Campus.
Go Cats!
Oh ya, and Thanks Jamie! Here's a big Go Gators! for ya.

No offense QuackMan, but I asked BostonGirl to get me a "Beavers" sweatshirt to run in, just for giggles.
Other than that, Go Ducks!

How refreshing to read up on the Montana-MSU game - which has PLAYOFF implications! MSU must win to make the playoffs, and UMT is trying to get a top 4 seed meaning they would get home games, and I am betting that the weather would definitely be a home-field advantage.
And since I can't agree with CrocJamie TOO much, I'm going to pick the Grizzlies. Partly because they are ranked 5th in D1-AA and are 9-2 vs. MSU's 6-5, but I have a cousin with a ranch in Darby and does business with UMT.

The days of Griz superiority are over. The Cat's are making a come back.
The fun part is watching the crowd after the Griz lose. Last year at their stadium, they all just sat there for about 5 minutes, in total disbelief. Then they got mad, and bitchy. Griz don't really know how to lose Gracefully. I thought I was going to get my butt kicked because I was wearing CAT gear. It was awesome. I was told to shut up several times by several different griz fans on the 10 minute walk from the stadium to the car.
This year it's on my turf! We'll either be toasting to victory, or drinking our sorrows away, either way I'll be hammered! yahoo!

We have a new champ -- and he's out of the SEC: Congratulations to ugadawgs, who impressively picked 14 of the 15 games (missing only Washington's Apple Cup win).

I really suck at this. LOL
But my Bobcat's won!!! I was there, it was awesome!
There was a group of guys that built an Oak Bar to set up at the Tailgate. They had shirts made with "Our Bar" on the front, a play on the "Rockin R Bar" downtown. The back said, "Win or Lose, We Drink More Booze." I loved it. LOL

Congrats on the win, Bobcat. Not only did you beat your rival, but you won your conference and secured a bid in the D1-AA playoffs. Good luck at Northern Iowa!

Thanks GJ! I'll take your advice into consideration and I know of one SEC team, playing right here in my hometown, that I'll definitely pick over the ACC. But there's another one a little further South of me that I'm not so sure on...reptiles or fsu??
