We must have one of the only poll with USC at number 1. USC had less first place votes than Ohio State and Texas but I guess they were the team most consistently ranked high by pollsters.

It makes me wonder how far Texas will drop when they lose to the Buckeyes. I think if they play a consistent game and the final score is close, there could be an arguement to keep them in the top 3 even with the one loss. As long as they are below OSU.

Yeah well I don't see Texas in the top 12 after that. Maybe they should just call this season in honor of hunky Matt, "Failure to Launch"
