Yeah I thought NC State would kill Pitt. Lost a C-note on that baby.....

Ballbusters: Kind of makes you wonder how much Rivers missed the influence of Norm Chow this season (or was it more that the other teams just weren't surprised as much this year)??

It really does. I thought they actually were kinda under-achievers this year. Yeah they beat FSU but it still seems like to me that they didnt live up to expectations. Honestly I thought they were out-coached against Pittsburgh. I think they thought they would just show up and win. They had some wierd play calls too.

P.S. I am not a NSU fan, just love college football. I love to watch all the bowl games. Actually I am a UVa grad. BTW I am still waiting to see that shirtless pic of your "boy" Brees.

Have to say I wasn't surprised at all that Pitt upset NC ST. NC St. is one of those teams that you just never know what is going to happen. They can play with the best of them but they also lose games that they just shouldn't. Concerning the Tangerine bowl I fully expected Pitt to win that game because Pitt was coming in off of 5 wins in a row and frankly in my opinion have the better coach. Once Pitt players learned the system things really came together for them -- they had their lumps early but they got the ship righted in time. I look for Pitt to be a consistant winner under this coach (Walt Harris).
