Hello All!! Just wanted to take a minute and drop a line in hear to let you know where David has been. I have received a number of emails from y'all asking where he is. David is back in the hospital again. His blood pressure shot up extremely high 10 days ago -- 180/140 -- yeah that is right. So they have kept him in there at first to get the BP under control and see why it shot up so quick. While he was in there - he was in contact with the flu - which quickly spread to pneumonia on him. He is starting to feel better, and I think he will be putting a post on here in a day or too. Said he had some news that all you SEC Conference fans would find interesting. So keep sending him your email and well wishes, and he should be back amongst y'all very soon. Just wanted to say how much your support means to him, and to his family!! Y'all are a great bunch of guys!!!

Sincerely,
Elaine Williams

Hey Guys: Got David's laptop out of the shop today and will be taking it up to him tonight, so you should have your SEC article tomorrow. He said I could tell you that it involves the following schools - Arkansas, Tennessee, and Coach Franchione at Texas A&M. If you watch the news tonight, it should be on there, as it is getting BIG press coverage here in Arkansas today. Thanks for the support and well wishes and you should be hearing from David tomorrow.

Footballmom!!! You're KILLING ME!!!

What is going on? I watched ESPN all day. OK.. it was in between Trading Spaces, but mostly all day!!

Hey Guys: The story is posted. Just check out "Infractions filed against Volunteers and Aggies." Volsfan, if everything pans out like Arkansas alleges, will not be good news for UT. But who knows what can happen in investigations. But I thought y'all would really enjoy reading about it. Once again, seems that the SEC is it's own worst enemy. Schools blowing the horn on each other, although it seems that alot of the SEC schools were supporting Arkansas on this. Who knows. Be interesting to see this thing play out.

Hi Everyone:

Here is the latest from David's mom. As you can tell, David has taken a rough turn. Any e-mails to him and his mom would be appreciated. His mom's e-mail: mailto:Elainewilliams47@aol.comElainewilliams47@aol.com

Here is her letter:
Hello there. This is Elaine Williams, David's Mom. I have wrote to you in the past when David was under the weather, and I fear that he is yet again in the hospital. The good news is that they have finally diagnosed what is wrong with him. Before, there were only educated guesses.

David has been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and he has also developed Pneumonia. It originally started out as a Viral infection, but as with Viral infections, the body has a very tough time fighting back against them, and over the last 2 years as doctor's tried to diagnose him, this virus spread into Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

CFS can present itself in a variety of ways, and with David, it appears to mostly be attacking his joints, along with attacking his central nervous system, causing very intense headaches, and sometimes blackouts. Right now he is in the hospital cause he can barely move around due to the pain in his knees, and ankle.

But if that wasn't enough, David contacted what we thought was a common cold, but it continued to get worse, cause the Immune System was so busy attacking the Viral infection, it totally ignored the cold. As I mentioned above, it has now developed into pneumonia, and the doctors are a little worried cause his body is not reacting to the antibiotics so far. They are continuing an aggressive anti-biotic treatment, and we are praying for God's Hand on David.

The reason I am writing to you about this, is because I thought you might be interested in knowing, along with the large number of your website viewers who email him, but also because he told me the other day that y'all were expecting an article from him concerning the Black Head Coaching situation in the NCAA and the NFL. He asked me to tell you that the article is not complete, but as soon as he gets well, he will get it sent to you.

As in the past, I do appreciate all your prayers and support for David. You and your readers have been tremendous in the past at lifting David's spirits. Thank you for that, and I will keep you updated as best as I can in the future.

David has a long road ahead of him, but as in the past, I am sure he will rise up and meet this challenge as well!!!!

With many thanks, and our heartfelt gratitude:

Elaine Williams and Family
