Ok, this may not b the right forum to get this answer... but, if anyone is willing to help a young girl who is active inthe gay community and works towards educating people about gay/lesbian relationships... here is my question. Have there been ANY Pro NBA players who have come out and said they were gay? or anythong remotely close? Thanks for ur help

Yes, there have almost certainly been some - it would be beyond the probabilities of statistics if there had never been one.

Well, if you are talking about "gay/lesbian" relationships... WNBA superstar Sheryl Swoops came out just last year.

Two other WNBA players, Sue Wicks and Michele Van Gorp (both now retired) were/are out.
There are sure some rumored NBA players but none confirmed.

the wnba gets no respect as the venues were change to suit no basketball events and sparks and shock have lost home court advantage so i hope the powers that be fix this oh by the sacto lost by 20 at home before over 14000 fans
