I took my nephews to the TWolves-Nets game a couple of seasons back. My older nephew idolizes Garnett. Both he and Wally gave the boys autographs and posed for pics. They were both so nice and friendly.

Did anyone see KG eavesdropping on the opposing team huddle last night? He then proceeded to steal the inbounds pass. Kind of funny!

George.....had a similar encounter/experience with KG...I was in Minneapolis for a Thursday night Lions/Vikings game two seasons ago and the team got to town on Wednesday, so had time to blow Wednesday night...got 'Wolves tickets right behind the home bench; never really cared for/liked KG's persona (always respected the dude's game) but after that night, seeing how he interacted with fans, especially Target Center regulars and kids, I have TOTAL respect for the man... took the kind of time and effort out that most professional jocks might just find to be a nuisance and convinced me that he deserves the God-like status he is given is Minnesota. Hope the rest of the league shows the same respect.
