370 pounds? Hick! Try 400. Shaq is getting old and is now a shadow of his former self. Plus, he's lazy, doesn't jump well anymore, doesn't fight for rebounding position, misses easy lay-ups, and is constantly reaching on defense instead of moving his overloaded feet. There are times when I think his presence on the floor actually hurts the Heat's offense. This is not the same fiery and mobile player I used to watch at LSU.
