MVP - KG - talented basketball player, nice guy, double-doubles almost every game, T'Wolves would be nothing without him
Coach of the Year - As much as I hate them, I have to go with Jerry Sloan. How do you make the playoffs with a 38 & 40 y/o on your roster?
Rookie of the Year - Caron Butler - A force to be reckoned with anytime he's on the court.
Defensive Player of the Year - His defense alone is that afro and those huge arms. 22 rebounds a night doesn't hurt either.
Sixth Man - I have to be partial and give it to Nick Van Exel (though I'd be just fine with cutie pie Ginobli). 35 points off the bench in one game is nothing to sneeze at. I do think one omission here from the nominations would be Kirilenko from the Jazz.
Front Office - San Antonio Spurs
First Team All NBA - PG - Kidd, SG - TMac, SF - Dirk (okay okay...KG), PF - Dunk, C - Shaq

The Wolves would be nothing without KG but what about the Spurs without Duncan? KG's supporting cast in Minnesota is just as good if not better than Duncan's in San Antonio. Trade the two players and Minnesota would be the #1 seed in the West. So I'd say Duncan for MVP.
Coach of the Year- Maurice Cheeks, what a job keeping that mess together
Rookie- Stoudamire, although Ming will eventually be the better player
Defensive- GP
Front Office- Last offseason the Sonics looked like they were stuck with an unmovable roster where they couldnt make any moves. But since theyve got rid of one of the worse players with a huge contract, Vin Baker. They made an incredibly gutsy and unpopular move by trading GP for Ray Allen, when they made that trade, GP was unhappy and the Sonics were 9 games under 500, Ray Allen started performing like an MVP getting double doubles and triple doubles and got the Sonics back to 500. Kevin Ollie turned out to be quite an underated PG and the young players mainly Rashard Lewis werent playing like they were scared anymore. Now they have freed up enough space to add or trade for one more piece to puzzle for next season. So definetely the Sonics front office here.
