Sorry if this isn't the right forum for this, but can someone post a quick-and-dirty explanation of the triangle offense (like what it's based on, its principles, etc.)? I was at a loss for explaining it to a fellow sports fan. (I would have had a LOT more success trying to explain the West Coast offense, but I digress),
