There are now 24 entries, I know the top 8 are outsports people as well as 9-12 although I dont think 9-12 are actively playing and 1 more, but I am not sure about the other 11 entries. It will start over again next Monday, so everyone will have a chance to win the 2nd half. New entries can still also be made if your interested.

Do we have to re-register if we played the first half?

Cocks and Canadians go with GP for 2 games. Quack and GP go with Bibby for 3. I'm first half champ with 6002 points. I also picked the Patriots.

GP, looks like we have the same line-up for the week. It will be interesting to see how the players who joined the game late do in the second half now that we all start even.

Considering that the first 4 weeks of the season
I only picked players that I thought were
"hot" in looks not on the court, and didn't bother to change my
lineup, I think 5th place and one brief day at 3rd place is pretty damn good !

well, i'm not "actively" playing, but if you do a tally on the second half of the first half (weeks 8 to present) i think i would have been among the leaders (if not THE leader).
i'm not sure all the maneuvering to maximize #games is what it's cracked up to be.

Hey GP, just took a closer look at VGM. I thought the first half ended on Sunday? Read the rules and it says the first half ends on Thursday the 7th??
No matter for me, I think I have the same line-up as you for this week so I can't make up any ground.

Me thinks somebody may have jumped the gun on crowning himself the champ! Week 15 is part of the first half if you look at the OutManagers Group standings. Maybe I could still garba Top 5 spot!

oh no , duh
since I'm not yet the champ, here are the line-ups, till Feb. 7
#1 GP&Bones 6002- Bibby, Stojakavic, CWebb
#2 Canadians 5984- Stojakavic, CWebb
#3 Cocks 5915- Stojakavic, CWebb
#4 Quack 5911- Bibby, Stojakavic, CWebb
#5 osufan 5790- Stojakavic, CWebb, Divac
#6 Spursfan 5743- Bibby, Stojakavic, CWebb
Ahhhhhhhhhhhh, this idiotic game still hasnt updated that the Raptors and Sixers are playing today, so people with Vince Carter, Allen Iverson and Dikembe Mutumbo also have them going
How unusual that it comes down to GP for Canadians and Bibby for me. Since Quack's line-up is so similiar to mine and Cock's line-up is similiar to Canadian's and unless Divac scores 300 point for osufan, it pretty much comes down to GP and Canadians team vs. Bibby and my team.

GP, the irony that you might be beaten by your namesake...your hero. You might have to find a new point guard to idolize.

GP with 22 vgm points tonight, so I retain a 1 point lead and it comes down to 1 game for GP vs. 2 games for Bibby. Coach Adelman vs. Coach Cheeks also might make a difference. Lucky the game tonight was a slaughter so GP got to rest early.

Keyarena will be graced with my attendance in a couple hours. Yes there will be a really fine guy up in cheap seats tonight. But I am hoping for another slaughter so GP can rest and sit out the 4th quarter. He can still be solid with his assist and steals, but let Bones, Rad and Lewis do all the scoring.

Well unless Bibby has negative 17 points tommorow, I should be the 1st half champ, here are the standings:

Canadians 6140
Cocks 6071
Quack 6066
GP didnt have to carry the load tonight, kept that Suns fan quiet

New entries should try and get in by Monday, we are all at zero now.
Old entries will have to re-choose line-ups for next week as everything has been set back at zero, if youve already chosen your line-up it has been deleted, so just go back and enter it again.

Is it just me or do you guys feel this will be one of those weeks where a lot of us have the same lineup?
