Just an FYI:

If we see the board is closed sometime in the next couple of days, that means we are finally moving to a new server. The shutdown should not last long (an hour or so) and all posts up to that time should, in theory, be moved over.

We are also going to be getting new board software in the next 2 months once we figure out which works best.

Also, seems as if the Clubhouse is not working. We are looking into it.

Seems to be working until I try to make a reply to some thread topics - then tells me I am not logged in.

EX - Baseball / A Beautiful Game when I click reply then it tells me I am not logged in - when I log in and go back - it will tell me I am not logged in again...

I had to clear my browser cache, log out, close my browser, then log back in.

Two problems -

1) You can only enter message board through the top of home page, not through the link on the home page 1/3 down with today's top topics. If you try entering through today's top topics on home page, you still get message that discussion boards are down.

2) I just tried to send a PM and received the following error message:

An error has occurred:

The SMTP server returned the following message:

550 Authentication is required for relay

The SMTP server has rejected the email address the UBB tried to send mail to.
Please ensure that the UBB is allowed to relay mail through the SMTP server,
and that the From: email address (mail@outsports.com) is a valid email address for this domain.

Please inform the board administration of this error so that they may fix the problem. Thank you!

Yep, went to another website, came back and had to log in ..again.

I've logged out and logged back in but still cannot access the board through the active messages link. It keep stilling me board is shut down and check back later, as it has for the last couple of days. Is it something I am doing wrong or is it a problem with the new server?

Yep, its working now. A few red X's but other than that its fine.

The "Latest Posts" section on the Outsports front page isnt updating either.
