We are trying to iron out all the server bugs. DO any of you see these pages as they normally are:
Picture This Jock Talk Please let me know if you see them or get an error (no need to post the error message).
Thanks!

Error Messages for both Picture this and Jock talk. Also, when I click the Today's Active Topics, I still get the error message saying that the board is closed for maintenance.

The page looks fine but a few links on the left side do not work. I found the Clubhouse link and Gumby's Athlete Registry out.
Oh and damn.... the locker rooms link is out too.

I'm getting server error on both. Additionally, whatever happened to that wonderful little arrow at the top of each thread that allowed us to "jump to new posts?"

Oh, I have noticed the search feature does not work on the boards either. I have try searching for something I knew was there and it returns with no items found. I really love and miss the search feature too. frown

Please be specific with errors. Where are the red X's. This way I can funnel to our web developer.

On the
Today's Active Topics page, the blue arrow image for "jump to new posts" is showing as a red x.

Also on the homepage...
The last five posts links don't change. They are the last five links that were there before the server swap and were lost in the roll back.

That hot Hoosier rugby player shown as today's Clubhouse "featured personality," standing in front of what I swear is Lake Michigan, drew a "member no longer exists," or something similarly and simultaneously disappointing - and ominous - when I clicked on him this a.m. Millerboy, help find the missing Regionnaire! You're not hiding him in some dune, are you???

Yes, I noticed one of my posts I did in the Outsports » TV, Movies, Music, Books ... » Name that singer! vanished. I had posted the answer to MarcusF's question. I saw it on the screen and then a day later "poof" it was gone.

Gmginsfo, did you find him yet? How dare he list himself on here without checking with me first! Seriously, who/what/where is he? I swear, I am not hiding anyone in any dune or crawlspace. Honest!

I can't seem to get the PM feature to work since the update occured. I always get an error message. Is it something with my computer at work, or does the PM function really hate me?

Still no fix for the Most Recent Posts section on the home page, still showing the stuff from before the change was made.

This is the error on the PMs:
QUOTE
An error has occurred:
The SMTP server returned the following message:
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
The SMTP server has rejected the email address the UBB tried to send mail to.
Please ensure that the UBB is allowed to relay mail through the SMTP server,
and that the From: email address (mail@outsports.com) is a valid email address for this domain.
Please inform the board administration of this error so that they may fix the problem. Thank you!
It would really be helpful if this could be fixed.

We are still checking on this stuff. Sorry for the delay.
BTW, we will be upgrading to a new board sometime after we return from Gay Games.

I don't know if this has been mentioned or not, but the search function for the message boards isn't working.

PMs may be working even though that error message comes up. I sent a couple (actually one and a duplicate) and got the error message I copied/pasted above, and now I just happened to look at my profile and I got a reply. And I got another PM as well, so maybe it's working.

We are still working on some issues but likely won't be fixed until after Gay Games, so be patient. Thanks!

The Email notification that goes to thread's authors notifying them of responses isn't working. Just an FYI...

LOL... I have to admit, when I first saw the title of this thread, the first thing that popped into my head was "I'll show you mine if you show me yours." I must be turning into a perv... or maybe I always was.
Sorry for the interruption on a most important thread...

lol...I should have been more specific.
It did look like a 50/50 page. Half dark blue/half light blue with only a handful of links.
It looks fine now though.

It might have been a glitch with my home computer.

I noticed today that whenever I typed a response and then added an emoticon or a URL my response was automatically deleted and I had to retype.

swim, next time this happens, and it does to me all the time too, hit control and the letter Z, at the same time, which should restore your words, and then you can add your emoticon.

What's the deal with disappearing Avatars? Mine vanished and when I went to my profile to restore the link I kept getting "error on page" and was unable to restore it.
