Ian Roberts, former rugby league player, is on New Zealand's "Celebrity Treasure Island" television series. I came across it by chance; I don't watch much tv and don't care for reality shows. But Roberts looked good and I enjoyed seeing him again.

It would be interesting television to do an intelligent interviewer visit with Kopay and Roberts.

Is he the gay rugby hunk who came out of the closet a few years ago?

What an incredible figure Ian Roberts is. His autobiography is probably my favorite of anyone, athlete or otherwise.

Here's a great article about his relationship with his father and two of my favorite pics of him. I met Ian a couple of years ago when some mutual friends in Sydney introduced us.

He is a hell of a nice guy in addition to being a great piece of eye candy.

He really impressed me as being honest and down to earth.
