I don't know how many of you have seen the team, but they are both talented and incredibly hot. Todd Hays, driver of USA1, makes me go weak in the knees. He's from Texas, is built like the football player that he once was, and he wears those bobsled tights! Sigh........

I haven't yet, but I think bobsled is on NBC'S prime time coverage tonight. Thanks for the heads up!

Bobsleds are my favorite behind the luge. Those tight uniforms with the guys huddled together like that. WOLF They show off every muscle. I can even tell which ones have kept their PAs in. Their just has hot as the guys in full motorcross leathers.

I'm not sure what the status of USA1 will be (captained by Todd Hays) because one of the crew was dq'ed for doping. (pavel jovanovic)

BUT!! keep your eye open for another US team with Brian Shimer (played Football at Morehead state) and crew member Doug Sharp. Coach Sharp is a track&field coach here at the University of Louisville and let me tell you. He is built like a brick shit house. He looks like Superman after he joined the marines and turned blond. (uuuhhh..... something like that anyway. get the picture?)
Munson Man
Todd Hays is cute, but he lost points in my eyes when he lit into the USOC and IOC for enforcing the doping rules against his teammate "so that they can justify their existence." He then went into some nonsensical diatribe about how it was hypocritical of them to provide athletes with Power Bars, etc. Not his finest moment.

Here are photos of some of the hottest bobsledders!

Is that a bobsled in your future, or are you happy to see me?

QUOTE OF THE DAY FROM 2-18-02 NYTimes ONLINE:

"I asked, 'How do you steer it?' Somebody said, 'Shut up and go down.' I asked again. And he said, 'Shut up and go down.'"

Cute story in USA Today: "10 Worst Jobs in Sports", includes all-time winningest luger \"bottom man\" Brian Martin as having one of them. I could think of worst fates than being stuck under teammate Mark Grimmette, though shooting down an ice channel at 80 mph wouldn't be the place for it.

Then again, if ne could be "front driver" sitting on this might be worth even that. tongue.gif

It also mentions that 31 year old Brian can't get a date because of the obscurity of his job. Maybe he's looking for the wrong sex. wink
