The San Francisco Rock Dogs beat the Long Beach Rebels, 84-81, in a thrilling championship game at the West Coast Classic men's basketball tournament in Long Beach on Valentine's Day weekend. The event, organized by the amazing Mark Chambers and his Gay Basketball League of Los Angeles, was a huge success despite being put on at a moment's notice after a planned event in San Diego fell through.

Teams participated from San Francisco, San Diego, Sacramento, Chicago and a combo team called Fusion. For complete results, check out the website of the Gay Basketball League.
