We all have those moments.  The ones when we're watching a triple overtime unfold, or we're hitting the last-second jumper ourselves - the ones that stay with us the rest of our lives.  They remind us of why we're passionate about sports - why everything from the Tallahassee Little League Championships to the Super Bowl can get us excited.

Some of us here at Outsports, and some of our readers, have put together our lists of our Top Moments In Sports.  We hope some of these lists remind you of "where you were when..." and that they inspire you to create your own list.  Whether you have 3, 5, 10, or any number of favorite sports moments, e-mail them to us and we'll post them here.

Randy Boyd, Los Angeles
Randy's new novel ``Bridge Across the Ocean'' will be released in mid-June.

Reggie hits 3 to top Jordan Bulls
1998 Eastern Conference Finals, Game 4

Memorial Day. Bulls up 2-1... Pacers need win to even series... fractions of seconds left... Pacers inbound, Reggie throws MJ off of him, fires... Market Square goes wild... I'm there. I lose my voice. MJ's 6th title will not come easy. Is that why he retired?

Smits hits 2 to top Shaq's
Magic 1995 Eastern Conference Finals.

Pacers need another Memorial Day miracle to even series. In the last seconds of the game, Reggie hits, puts Pacers ahead... Penny hits, puts Magic ahead... Rik Smits hits at the buzzar... Market Square goes wild... I'm there. I lose my voice. There's dancing in the streets of downtown Indy.

Reggie's 8 points in the waning seconds at the Garden

Knicks appear well on their way to winning Game 1 of 1995 Conference Semi's and continuing their mastery of the small market Hicks... but Reggie brings Pacers back with two 3's and two free throws in the literal last seconds of the game before a stunned Spike Lee in the Garden. The Mo' carries the Pacers to a 7 game series victory.

USC blocks UCLA's FG and Rose Bowl 1981

Coach Donahue has a shot at his first Rose Bowl. All he needs is a win. Future NFL kicker Norm Johnson lines up for a winning chip shot. SC blocks it as time expires. Trojans win. Trojans win.

UCLA stops SC 2 pt conversion with no time remaining 1982.

Trojans score a TD on the last play of the game. With no time remaining, they go for 2 to win. Bruins sack the QB as he fades back to pass. Bruins win. Bruins win. (that same day, The Play is taking place up north) .

Kirk Gibson hobbles to the plate and hits HR vs Bash Brothers

There was only one thing a gimpy Gibby could do to help his team. He did it. Dodgers win and the Mo' takes them thru the 1988 Fall Classic.

USC-UCLA four hoops overtimes

It was late in the 1985 season and both teams had NCAA aspirations. Both also knew only one would get in the dance. Earlier in the year, they had battled to 2 OTs with the Trojans prevailing. This time, it took them 4 extra periods before the Trojans prevailed again.

Keith Smart beats Syracuse

Before we acknowledged The General was a child abuser, Keith Smart gave IU fans one last page of ultimate glory with his baseline jumper in the Superdome in 1987. Not even throwing vases at elderly ladies taints the players' accomplishments.

Hinkle Fieldhouse troughs provide first look at adult male cock

The venerable old building used in the movie ``Hoosiers'' was much more than a basketball shrine to this young black boy growing up. It was one of the first places I actually saw men's penises.

Others may look at the Fieldhouse and remember Bobby Plump's miracle shot which inspired the movie or the countless battles of high school legends such as Steve Alford, Oscar Robinson, Eric Montross, Alan Henderson, George McGinnis etc etc, but that's only part of what I remember about Hinkle.

World famous athlete comes out and says "I suck dick and don't care what you think about it."

Imagine how many walls will come tumbling down in what will truly be the greatest day in all sports.
