Everyone is eligible to vote. The spirit of the competition is that each voter can vote in each contest one time; We chose a software that limits votes-per-person for that reason. We hope everyone will hold to that spirit of the competition.

 San Francisco Track & Field Clubsftrackandfield.com San Francisco, California Track & Field Founded: 1982 One of the oldest and most honored gay track and field teams in the Western Hemisphere. The San Francisco Track & Field Club formed immediately following the first Gay Games, initially under the leadership of Gay Games founder Dr. Tom Waddell. Today it continues its tradition of inclusion and excellence by organizing the annual Pride Track & Field Meet, which it hopes will act a template for other gay track teams worldwide to promote track & field competition and participation. The team is open to all ages, genders, ethnicity and levels of ability. Everyone is encouraged to strived for their personal best goals at their own pace. Our goal is to make participation challenging, motivating and ultimately rewarding. |
 Philadelphia Fins Aquatics Clubwww.philadelphia-fins.org Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Swimming Founded: 1988 The Fins Aquatics Club is Philadelphia's gay and lesbian masters swim team. We have an incredibly diverse membership because we welcome swimmers of all skill levels, ages, genders, and orientations. In 2008, over 50 of us competed in the International Gay and Lesbian Aquatics (IGLA) swim meet, about half of whom competed for the first time. Many Fins have set national masters records, IGLA records and have placed in the top ten in national masters rankings. We have a strong presence in the Philadelphia LGBTQ community. Since 1998, we have hosted an annual charity swim event to benefit local non-profit organizations. We are known as a fun and social group, and have won prizes in the Philly Gay Pride Parade. |
