Okay BetUS gridiron gamblers, with just one week remaining in the 2010 regular season – and the start of the annual postseason wagering period about to get underway in the BetUS football sportsbook, it’s time to start making preparations to boost the annual betting bankroll with some thrilling Super Bowl Bets at BetUS.

In the NFC, I think the Atlanta Falcons (+600) and New Orleans Saints (+800) have nearly identical chances of winning it all despite the Falcons’ loss to the defending champs in Week 16. I think those two teams are followed very closely by Green Bay (+1300), Chicago (+1200) and Philadelphia (+750), depending on which team you prefer.

I have a personal affinity for Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and I picked the Pack to win the NFC this year, so that could be a possibility – if they get into the postseason.

In the end, I’m going to bank on Atlanta as the leader of my NFC Super Bowl bets at BetUS.

As for the AFC, gridiron gamblers have to start with the Super Bowl XLV Futures Odds leaders, the New England Patriots (+225). The Pats are ranked first in scoring and 13th in defense and have the look of a team that is determined to reach the big dance.

The Patriots will have to get past a couple of talented team in order to do that, starting with my No. 2 Super Bowl bets at BetUS pick in the AFC, the Pittsburgh Steelers (+700).

The top two favorites in the AFC are followed by the Baltimore Ravens, a team that is very similar to Pittsburgh with its strong defense (third overall), but slightly more potent offense (13th). They’ll also have to get by the Kansas City Chiefs (no, not the Colts).

In the end, however, I am going to back the New England Patriots as my Super Bowl bets at BetUS selection to reach the Super Bowl out of the AFC.

As far as winning Super Bowl XLV and taking home the Vince Lombardi hardware, I am going to go out on a limb with my Super Bowl Bets at BetUS here and back Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons to pull off the same feat that New Orleans did just last season by winning their first Super Bowl in franchise history.

The Green Bay Packers will be dangerous if they beat Chicago and with that
momentum could go deep in the playoffs if they play consistantly. The Packers
as well as the Detroit Lions are not as bad of teams as the season seems. Look
out for a battle next season with the Pack and the Lions. Keep in mind that
Detroit has never won a Super Bowl and is a city with a lot of needs.

Happy
New Year Everyone!
