Angels of Rugby
An Italian firefighters rugby club takes it all off to raise funds for the team - and Hurricane Katrina relief
Here's a great way to contribute to the Hurricane Katrina Relief effort AND get a 27-page calendar of hot athletes: the 2006 Angels of Rugby Calendar.

This project features Italian national professional rugby players who are all firemen who also won the gold medal of their division this July in Quebec, Canada.

It is an exceptionally unique sensual look at firemen who play rugby together. The women of Italy call firemen "Angeli/Angels" of fire, thus the title of the project. Lee Andrew, author and photographer of 'His Grace', has completed five photo books.

While an amateur photographer stateside as a hobby annually for many years Andrew would present to his closest friends in his beloved Arizona professionally printed calendars during the holidays. "Angeli del Rugby/Angels of Rugby" is presented not only to his friends but the world. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Hurricane Katrina relief efforts in Mississippi, where he was born, and New Orleans, where his family originates and many still live.

Andrew says the team is running into allegations in Italy that the calendar is too racy; if that's what some Italians think, you can only imagination how racy it really is.
