I'd like to apologize in advance to Sister Kathy Avery. She's the principal of St. Clare of Montefalco Catholic School in Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan. Last month, she had fifth- through eighth-grade students stay after a Mass in order to inform them that she wanted them to stop using foul language on the school playground. She then read a list of all the curse words and phrases she no longer wanted to hear out of the mouths of her students. She also included the words "boring" and "stupid" in her list.
Which brings us to Roddy White. The Atlanta Falcons receiver caught a touchdown pass in last night's 34-14 Falcons loss to the New Orleans Saints at the Georgia Dome. He "celebrated" by lifting his jersey to reveal a t-shirt with the handwritten message "Free Mike Vick." I guess the fact that Vick is in prison because he actually admitted his guilt means nothing, or perhaps Roddy White thinks mistreating dogs should be legal.
Either way, Roddy White is a stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid, monumentally stupid person.
