Bolt is int'l press' athlete of the year

While most Americans have been fawning over Michael Phelps since the Olympics, the International Sports Press Association has named Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt their Athlete of the Year. Phelps finished second. Both athletes had tremendous years, but I would have personally given it to Bolt as well. His world-record sprint in Beijing in the 100-meter was something I'll remember all my life.
