Should Garrett Wittels be able to play?

New, comments

Florida International shortstop Garrett Wittels is accused of raping a woman in the Bahamas in December. He's also three games shy of breaking Robin Ventura's NCAA record for consecutive games with a hit. The University announced yesterday that Wittles will be allowed to play in his team's season-opener this Friday.

Some argue he hasn't been convicted and should be allowed to play; Others argue the alleged crime is so heinous the school shouldn't let him play simply because of the allegation.
