This week we talked a lot about the Super Bowl. Jim can't get enough of it, with his Denver Broncos taking on the Seattle Seahawks. Cyd is most interested to watch Denver's offensive line go up against Seattle's defensive line.
We also dove into all the comings out in sports so far this year, the latest being college football player Conner Mertens. We already know of several more college athletes we'll be writing about in the next couple of weeks — the tidal wave of athletes coming out could be well underway!
We touch up on the Olympics and the dearth of out Olympians. Next week, The Nation's Dave Zirin will join us for a conversation on the eve of the Winter Olympics opening ceremony!
