The World Cup is almost here, and joining us to preview the big event is Josie Becker from LAG Confidential. She covers the LA Galaxy, and she had some pointed things to say about Landon Donovan being left off of the United States men's national team.

She also shared some thoughts about Robbie Rogers, the gay soccer player whom the Galaxy traded for last year. Rogers has yet to live up to his potential as he's battled injuries and a broadening depth chart since he arrived in Los Angeles. While Becker has some concerns for Rogerts going forward, she thinks he can still meet his potential and be a contributor on the Galaxy for years to come.

Plus, it was a big year for corporations supporting LGBT sports as Nike announced its 2014 #BeTrue collection. YouTube got into the game as well with their #ProudToPlay campaign. What does it mean to see these two huge companies embracing gay athletes?
