Cornerbacks Richard Sherman and Brandon Browner were teammates for the Seattle Seahawks until Browner left to join the New England Patriots. I thought it was pretty homoerotic, though a lot of people thought the two were jawing at each other. The latter is not true, Browner told MMQB: “I just said, ‘I love you, boy,’” Browner said. “That’s my brother. I really got a lot of love for that dude. God bless his heart, he’s got a baby on the way and I hope he’s healthy. We’re really brothers.’’
Browner later tweeted that bumping heads his way of showing respect, though he normally wears a helmet. Doing it without a helmet looks way better.
