John Fennell is taking aim at his second Winter Olympic Games, and he needs your help to get there.

The openly gay luger has started a fundraising campaign to cover some of the travel costs and program fees he is incurring to compete in the Olympic qualifiers.

To raise some funds, Fennell has created three T-shirt and tank top designs you can choose from for $24.99. My money is on the double entendre “Cause I sleigh” design being a big hit.

You can also show your support for Fennell’s efforts on social media with #JohnCan18.

Fennell competed in the Olympics for Canada in 2014 but has since returned to the United States and is aiming for a spot representing the U.S. in the Olympics. He came out publicly shortly after the 2014 Winter Olympics.

Fennell is one of five male athletes on Team USA for the World Cup. Fennell has a slew of World Cup races ahead, continuing in Austria this weekend. He’ll compete in Lake Placid, N.Y. the weekend before the U.S. Olympic Team is announced on Dec. 17.

The United States will select three men to represent the country in Pyeongchang, South Korea, next February.

You can follow Fennell’s journey on his Web site’s blog.
