Gus Kenworthy taunted Mike Pence and titillated the gays with this Adam Rippon duo selfie

It’s the cutest possible way we’ve seen to needle the Vice-President.

Gus Kenworthy and Adam Rippon, the gay American Olympic athletes, lit up the Internet on Friday with this selfie of the two of them before the Opening Ceremony of the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea:

Many gay men have been in love with Kenworthy since the skier came out publicly in 2015. Match him up with Rippon, the openly gay figure skater competing in his first Olympics, and throw them in matching Team USA outfits, and Kenworthy had Instagram gold.

He didn’t shy away from throwing in a little “eat your heart out” barb at Vice-President Mike Pence. Rippon has made headlines with his criticism of Pence in the last month, and Kenworthy has jumped into the fray as well.

Rippon had asked that his “spat” with Pence be dropped until after these Winter Olympic Games. Kenworthy obviously didn’t get that memo.
