Denver Nuggets forward Michael Porter Jr. isn’t holding back on the role of porn, as well as NBA players’ wild sexual adventures. The latter involves gay sex and intimacy with trans women
As the Nuggets play the Los Angeles Lakers in Round 1 of the NBA Playoffs, the revelations are all part of Porter’s new online project, “Curious Mike,” where he explores topics of curiosity for him.
On this particular day, Porter sat down with former porn star Lana Rhodes to talk about the impact of porn on society. Eventually, the conversation devolved into a tease about wild sexual adventures by NBA players.
Rhoades waxed poetic about how porn and multiple sex partners creates a higher bar for men to be sexually aroused. She shared a couple of crazy stories.

NBA players having gay sex and getting wild
When she talked about one particular story involving a cookie, Porter over-shared about the stories floating around the NBA. And they involve gay sex with NBA players.
“This happens in the NBA,” Porter said. “I hear wild stories about some of these dudes. And other celebrities. Their fetishes get so crazy… they might be a straight man but they’ve done so much stuff with pretty girls, and they have so much access to pretty girls, that now they’re over here messing with [trans women], or now they’re over here messing with dudes.”
Porter did use what is considered a slur to refer to trans women. He may not have realized the generally negative connotation around the word, but he did use it.
He continued…
“It’s crazy to think about. Obviously, I think the porn industry has a part to play with that.”

Big shocker, NBA players have lots of sex with women. Stunned. Just stunned.
And… oh, big shocker, some of them have sex with men too.
He and Rhoades also talked about the growing prevalence of trimix, an injectable drug to help men have an erection for hours. Trimix has become increasingly widespread in the gay scene in recent years (and it’s also caused men to go to the emergency room).
Parker also observed that NBA players value women differently depending on whether they’ll have sex with them.
“If she’s giving it up on the first night, then she’s probably done that multiple times,” Parker said. “Then we were like, when’s the right time to give it up? Second night? Third night?”
Of course, there didn’t seem to be any judgment about a man “giving it up” on the first date.
Soooo… the male NBA players have as much sex as they want, but the women can’t?
That’s really messed up.
These revelations don’t come from a slouch. Porter has poured in 41 points in two NBA playoff games against the Los Angeles Lakers this season. That’s third-highest on the Nuggets for this round.
He was the 14th overall pick out of Missouri in the 2018 NBA Draft and won the NBA title with the Nuggets last season.
His superstar teammate, Nikola Jokic, had previously been fined by the NBA for using an anti-gay slur.
Dwight Howard and the gay sex revelations
This all comes as revelations about NBA superstar Dwight Howard continue to be debated.
Howard is being sued by a man for alleged sexual assault. Howard denies it was assault, defending himself by only saying the sex between him and another man was consensual. It has been a powerful revelation, though one kept out of the spotlight by some in the mainstream media wary of potentially painting an NBA player as gay.
Rumors about gay sex between NBA players and other men have run rampant for literally decades.
And who’s to judge? If men are open and honest about their endeavors, and they have fun and no one is hurt, good for them.
We’ll have to wait to hear if Porter’s “stories” about NBA players are personal or just second-hand. In the meantime, his Nuggets, as the No. 2 seed in the NBA’s Western Conference, are trying to make a run at back-to-back titles.
