Jerry Jones has in the past talked about how he wants some “glory hole.” Now the Dallas Cowboys owner is causing a stir with some old footage Jamie Foxx took of Jones talking about players’… yeah, he went there.
Foxx was visiting with Jones as the Hall of Fame owner reviewed the play of some players on the field. That’s when Jones whipped out some information on one of the players.
Jones praised his physical prowess and then, apparently, made a joke about how the player looks… in the shower….

According to the Dallas Morning News, the Cowboys have confirmed the video is real, and that it was taken several years ago at the Cowboys’ training camp in Oxnard, Calif. Foxx reportedly visited their training camp on multiple occasions.
Foxx also abruptly ended the live broadcast immediately after he realized Jones’ dick joke had just gone out to all of his followers.
Jones isn’t a stranger to off-color remarks. As mentioned above, a few years ago Jones talked about how he wants some “glory hole.” He was, ostensibly, talking about the idea that an offensive line should be creating a hole for the running back to push the ball through… to glory….
You can see where he might have gotten confused.
Jones also talked back in 1989 about his then-recently drafted quarterback, Troy Aikman, and the apparent beauty of Aikman’s body with no clothes on.
“All I can say right now is that he looks good in the shower,” Jones said at the time.
Jones is a hero to some for returning the Cowboys to “glory” in the 1990s. He’s been cast as a villain by some too, having run Super Bowl champion coach Jimmy Johnson out of town, after which teams overseen by Jones have underperformed.
Regardless, Jones has been quite a character during his lengthy tenure as Cowboys owner. We’re sure we haven’t heard the last funny crack from his storied career.
