When Jay Cutler found out the Broncos were surreptiously trying to send him to Detroit in a trade to get 2009’s version of Scott Mitchell, I’m sure he didn’t think he was going to end up calling Soldier Field home. But that is, shockingly, what has happened. Jay has whined his way out of Denver and Chicago(?!) has come out of nowhere to trade for one of the premier quarterbacks in the league and boy did they pay for it.

The Denver Broncos trade QB Jay Cutler and a 5th round pick in this year's draft (140th Overall).

The Chicago Bears trade QB Kyle "Neckbeard" Orton, their 1st round pick (18th Overall) and their 3rd round pick (84th Overall) in this year's draft, AND their 1st round pick in the 2010 Draft.

This instantly makes the Bears much, MUCH better. And the Broncos get rid of a headache, that is until, as any Bears' fan will tell you, they actually see Kyle Orton play.
