Does anyone remember seeing the pictures of a rambunctious (read: bratty) 7-year old Andrew Giuliani almost ruining his father’s inauguration as mayor of New York City in 1994? Well in the time between then and now, Andrew has focused all that energy into becoming a golfer, and a pretty good one at that.
However, it doesn't look like any of his time was spent reading a copy of How to Win Friends & Influence People, especially his new coach, O.D. Vincent. The Duke University senior was kicked off the team in February for what he alleges are incidents that "were a fabricated and insufficient excuse [to kick someone off]" in "an excuse to shrink the size of the team." So, in that All-American move, Andrew has sued Duke University, the Athletic Director, and Vincent for unspecified damages and reinstatement.

An interesting point of the lawsuit alleges that he had to get a personal letter of approval from all of his teammates. Which he failed to do because he says “they feared that O.D. Vincent could unilaterally dismiss them from the team without warning or notice.”
Duke for it's part has not replied to the lawsuit as of yet, but signs point to them digging in their heels on this. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if someone anonymously starts leaking stories of what an obnoxious ass Andrew Giuliani is (regardless of the merit) and for this lawsuit to be quietly and quickly settled. Though I will say I'm shocked that someone actually wants to be a Duke Blue Devil because, as everyone knows, Duke sucks. -Kelvin Cabrera
