The NFL’s 31-year-old MVP of last season and three-time Super Bowl winner has a super model for a girlfriend, more money than he’ll ever need and he’s a stud (though he did lose his off-season parking space at Gillette Stadium).
He’s also got a 3,000-square-foot condo in New York’s Time Warner Center that he wants to unload. Price tag: $18.29 million, up 30 percent from his purchase price in December 2006.
His girlfriend, Gisele Bundchen, is also looking to dump her West Village penthouse, a more modest abode that lists for $5.9 million. Media reports indicate the pair shacks up at another West Village penthouse Bundchen owns. No word on its price tag.–Matt Hennie
