Another Croatian soccer chief has joined Vlatko Markovic, the president of Croatian Football Federation, in spewing homophobic comments meant to drive gay people away from soccer. Zdravko Mamic, the executive vice president of the Croatian team Dinamo Zagreb, says gays have no business in soccer. According to the Croatian Times:
“I would not have Gay people playing in my national team either”, Zdravko Mamic of Dinamo Zagreb was quoted as saying to tabloid 24 Sata. “Gay people are for ballet. They can be journalists or writers. They would never put their head in front of a football boot” he said.
