2012 Olympics looking for gay volunteers


Organizers behind both the Olympic and Paralympic Games are appealing to the gay community for volunteers.

Officials behind the London 2012 Games are launching their volunteer recruitment campaign today in the hope to sign-up 70,000 helpers who will make the event happen.

These people will be called the London 2012 Games Makers.

Organisers are also appealing to all gay sports groups, clubs and organization to help highlight the London 2012 Games Makers campaign by displaying a poster in their premises and sending out a Facebook message to any registered members. To get involved email
