Major League Wrestling’s heavyweight division is much more harrowing now that out powerhouse wrestler Parrow has returned to action on Wednesday night’s MLW Fusion.

MLW announced Parrow’s return on Tuesday, posing the question “is the heavyweight division ready for Parrow?” Wednesday night marked Parrow’s first appearance in an MLW ring in over two years, with his last appearance coming in Sept. 2018.

Parrow worked with top promotions like the NWA and All Japan Pro Wrestling during his time away from the company, but saw his return to MLW as a “homecoming.”

Speaking to Outsports in Nov. 2020, Parrow outlined exactly what his goals are in coming back to MLW. “I want to be the first openly gay world champion… I always want to be the athlete I needed to see when I was young because I know for a fact that would have changed my whole life,” Parrow said.

Though his mission is virtuous, Parrow isn’t shy about using his strength and size against anyone that steps into the ring with him. And he seems ready to put the MLW heavyweight division, including MLW World Heavyweight champion Jacob Fatu, on notice.

MLW Fusion airs every Wednesday at 7 p.m. EST on MLW’s YouTube channel.
